Stash
Refund Policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
Stash Plus is a subscription sold through the App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google are the sellers: they take the payment, they hold your card details, and they decide refunds under their own rules. Stash never sees your card and cannot refund you directly. This page says how to cancel and how to ask.
Cancelling
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — the app's Manage subscription button opens them. Deleting the app or your account cancels nothing.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. The store shows the exact renewal date.
- You keep Stash Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you were on a free trial, cancelling before it ends means you are never charged.
- Buying Stash Plus during a free trial ends the rest of the trial.
Asking for a refund
- App Store: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account that paid, choose the Stash Plus purchase and follow Apple's steps. Apple decides under its own rules.
- Google Play: follow Google's refund steps. Within 48 hours of a purchase Google usually refunds on request; after that Google looks at each request under its own policy.
- If a store turns you down and you believe something went wrong on Stash's side — for example Plus never unlocked — write to support@stashgame.net with the store's receipt. Stash will put it right in the app where it can, but cannot move money.
What a refund does
A refund ends Stash Plus on the account that bought it. Your runs, Stashes, friends and plans stay; features that need Plus close until you subscribe again.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have by law where you live — including, for people in the United Kingdom, rights under consumer law for digital content. Where a law gives you more than this page says, the law wins.
