Terms of Use

These terms are between you and [operator to be named] ("Stash", "we"). By using the Stash app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Stash. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 to use Stash.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Moving safely

Stash puts things to find on real streets. Pay attention to where you are: traffic, private property, closed areas, weather and your own health come first. Never enter a place you are not allowed to be, and never use the app in a way that puts you or anyone else at risk. If a Stash is somewhere you cannot reach safely, leave it.

Stash Plus

• Stash Plus is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price, length and any free trial are shown before you buy, by the store.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payment is charged to your store account.
• Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Stash Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. Ask them through the store.
• Deleting your Stash account does not cancel your subscription — cancel it in the store first.
• Stash Plus is tied to the store account that bought it. Restore purchases on another Stash account signed in with the same store account moves it there.

Refunds

Stash Plus is sold by Apple and Google, and refunds follow their rules. The Refund Policy says how to cancel and how to ask for one.

What you put into Stash

Your username, display name, profile photo, the notes you leave in Stashes, comments and support messages are yours. You give Stash permission to store them and show them to the people the app shows them to, only to run the game. Do not post anything that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or violent;
• shares someone else's personal information, including where they live;
• pretends to be someone else, or to be Stash;
• advertises or spams.

You can report a note or a profile in the app. Stash may remove content, reset a name or photo, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Playing fair

Do not fake your location or your activities, use bots or modified versions of the app, interfere with Stash's servers, or try to reach data that is not yours. Scores, Marks and leaderboards can be corrected or reset if they were earned this way.

This website

You may read stashgame.net and link to it. The Stash name, the Discovery mark, the art of every Stash and the words on this site and in the app belong to Stash; what you post stays yours, as "What you put into Stash" says. Do not copy the site, scrape the shared-run pages, or present any of it as your own.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time — Delete your account says how, and what a deletion does not cancel.

No warranty

Stash is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a Stash, a route or a distance is exactly right. Stash is a game, not a navigation, safety or medical tool. To the extent the law allows, Stash is not liable for indirect losses, or for more than what you paid Stash in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; if a change matters, the app will tell you before it takes effect. We may change or stop parts of Stash; if Stash Plus stops, you will not be charged again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [confirm with a lawyer], and any dispute is for its courts, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be set aside.
